Black Rock Mining Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Major Chinese Mining Machinery Cooperation EN
Black Rock Mining Limited is an Australian-based company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange(BKT: ASX), who is engaged in worldwide mining development. The Company owns graphite tenure in Africa and was seeking for a excellent contractor which can provide BOT service.
After the all-around inspection and careful comparison, they selected Yantai Jinyuan from many suppliers all over the world. Jinyuan owns more than 20 years Graphite processing experience, besides the beneficiation laboratory, they have characteristic Graphite pilot plant. and Jinyuan has built many Graphite plant in China. They have rich experience in designing\ equipment manufacture\ installation and debugging and operation. Leading the industry by a wide margin.
On 19th Sep, 2018,the two parties signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement, Yantai Jinyuan will provide BOT service.
Black Rock’s CEO John de Vries commented: “Securing Yantai as our process plant construction partner is a major step in the delivery of our Graphite Mine. Yantai enhances our diligent technical work program of the Pre-Feasibility Study, pilot plant, and the Definitive Feasibility Study with a proven engineering and delivery capability. The mine planned production rate of 3,000 tpd fits well within Yantai’s experience. In addition to a best in class delivery capability, Yantai opens a further channel to market for product placement though their reputation for delivering quality graphite projects.
